Duties:•Answer phones, ensuring messages are relayed
•Assist management with general business operations
•Function as a team player
•Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
•Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
•Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
•Manage Accounts Receivable, billing statements, and collections.
•Use POS software along with QuickBooks to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
•Process bi-weekly payroll
Qualifications:•H.S. diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior office experience preferred.
•Ability to gain quick and solid understanding of company’s electronic retail and cross reference system
•Good listening and verbal communication skills
•Must possess and use organizational and analytical problem solving skills
•Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks to effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines with multiple tasks and projects
•Ability to calculate simple math, percents, ratios and algebraic expressions
•Payroll processing experience preferred
•QuickBooks experience required
•Excel experience required
